Refunds are only considered if the client has not accessed or participated in any live trading sessions. Once a livestream has been joined, we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances. Our internal system verifies attendance, and if marked as joined, the service is considered consumed.

To request a refund for unused access, please email us at info@roytradingfx.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Refund requests must meet all of the following criteria:

• The live session content has not been accessed or attended

• The request is made within 30 days of purchase

• The program was purchased directly from roytradingfx.com

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms. This refund policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
